yumenotanemaki（以下「当方」）は、Androidアプリ「雑メモ」（以下「本アプリ」）を提供します。本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせ先は [email protected] です。
2. 端末内で取り扱う情報
本アプリは、メモ本文、メモ帳、カテゴリ、リマインダー、表示・AI・通知に関する設定、手動修正から得た整理の参考情報などを、原則として利用者の端末内に保存します。メモの通常の保存と端末内検索のために、これらを当方のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
地点通知を利用する場合、本アプリは利用者の許可に基づき、正確またはおおよその位置情報とバックグラウンド位置情報を利用します。登録地点の座標や通知条件は端末内に保存され、到着後の約3分間の滞在判定と地点リマインダーの通知に使用されます。同じ地点での通知は24時間抑制します。
3. AI整理で送信する情報
利用者がAI整理を有効にした場合、本アプリは整理に必要な範囲で、メモ本文、利用者が設定したAIへの指示、既存カテゴリや例、手動修正から得た参考情報、言語・タイムゾーンなどの文脈情報を、当方が管理するCloudflare上の中継サービスへ送信します。中継サービスは、AI処理のためにこれらをAI API提供者へ転送します。
限定テストでは、AI処理基盤としてGroqのAPIを利用する場合があります。正式公開時の処理事業者が変更される場合は、本ページを更新します。AI整理を無効にした場合、メモ本文はAI処理のために送信されません。
4. 利用状況、識別子および技術情報
本アプリは、不正利用の防止、利用上限の管理、品質改善のため、ランダムに生成した匿名のインストール識別子、利用プラン、アプリのバージョン、言語、AI処理の成否や機能別の回数などを送信することがあります。集計イベントにはメモ本文を含めません。中継サービスでは、リクエスト処理の過程でIPアドレス、国・地域、日時、端末・通信に関する一般的な技術情報が処理される場合があります。
当方は、メモ本文、カテゴリ名、検索内容を、広告のターゲティングまたは匿名利用集計のために使用しません。
5. 購入および広告
Google Playで有料プランを利用する場合、購入状態を確認するため、購入トークンおよび商品・契約状態に関する情報をGoogle Playと当方の中継サービスで処理します。当方がクレジットカード番号を取得することはありません。
無料プランで広告を提供する場合、Google AdMobおよびGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）が、広告の表示、効果測定、不正防止、同意管理のため、広告ID、端末情報、おおよその位置、広告との操作、同意状態などを処理することがあります。利用可能な場合、本アプリの設定から広告プライバシーの選択を見直せます。
6. 外部サービス
本アプリは、機能提供に必要な範囲で次の外部サービスを利用します。各事業者による情報の取り扱いには、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
- Cloudflare：中継APIの提供、セキュリティ、通信処理
- AI API提供者（限定テストではGroq）：AIによるメモ整理
- Google Play：アプリ配信、購入処理、購入状態の確認
- Google AdMob / UMP：広告配信、測定、同意管理（広告を提供する場合）
- Google Maps Platform：地図表示と地点選択（地点機能を利用する場合）
7. 利用目的
- メモ、整理、検索、通知、地点リマインダーなど、本アプリの機能を提供するため
- AI整理を実行し、結果を利用者へ返すため
- 有料プランの購入状態と利用上限を確認するため
- 不正利用や障害を検知し、安全性と品質を改善するため
- 利用者からのお問い合わせへ対応するため
8. 保存期間と削除
端末内のデータは、利用者がアプリ内で削除するか、本アプリのデータを消去またはアンインストールするまで保存されます。ゴミ箱へ移したメモは、利用者が完全に削除できます。利用者が作成したJSON書き出しファイルは、利用者が選んだ保存先に平文で保存されるため、利用者自身で安全に管理してください。
サーバー側の匿名利用情報は、利用上限管理、障害対応および不正防止に必要な期間のみ保持します。無料プランで6か月以上利用がない匿名クライアント情報は削除対象とします。法令遵守、紛争対応、セキュリティ確保のため、必要な情報を合理的な期間保持する場合があります。
端末内データはアプリ内の削除機能またはOSのアプリデータ削除で削除できます。サーバー側情報についての削除依頼は、端末を識別するために必要な情報とともに、お問い合わせ先へご連絡ください。集計済みで個人や端末に結び付けられない情報は削除できない場合があります。
9. 安全管理
当方は、通信の暗号化、認証、アクセス制限、保存情報の最小化など、取り扱う情報の性質に応じた合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の通信や電子的な保存について、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
10. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもを主な対象として設計されたサービスではありません。居住地域の法令上、保護者の同意が必要な年齢の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえで利用してください。当方が同意なく子どもの個人情報を取得したことが判明した場合は、適切に削除します。
11. 本ウェブサイト
本ウェブサイトは静的に提供され、当方独自のアクセス解析、問い合わせフォーム、広告Cookieは使用していません。ホスティングおよびセキュリティ提供者であるCloudflareは、サイト配信に必要な通信情報を処理する場合があります。メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレスと本文を回答および対応記録のために使用します。
12. 改定
本ポリシーは、機能、利用する外部サービスまたは法令の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせし、ページ冒頭の最終更新日を変更します。

1. Developer
yumenotanemaki ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Android application ZatsuMemo (the "App"). Questions about this policy may be sent to [email protected].
2. Information processed on your device
The App generally stores memo content, notebooks, categories, reminders, display, AI and notification settings, and organization references learned from manual corrections on your device. The App does not send this information to our servers merely to save or search your memos locally.
If you use location reminders, the App uses precise or approximate location and background location with your permission. Saved place coordinates and notification conditions remain on your device and are used to detect a dwell of approximately three minutes after arrival and deliver reminders. Notifications for the same place are suppressed for 24 hours.
3. Information sent for AI organization
When you enable AI organization, the App sends the information needed to organize a memo to our relay service hosted on Cloudflare. This may include memo text, your AI instructions, existing categories and examples, references learned from corrections, language, and time-zone context. The relay sends this information to an AI API provider to perform the requested processing.
During limited testing, we may use the Groq API for AI processing. If the provider used for the public release changes, we will update this page. When AI organization is disabled, memo text is not sent for AI processing.
4. Usage, identifiers, and technical information
To prevent abuse, manage usage limits, and improve quality, the App may send a randomly generated anonymous installation identifier, plan type, app version, language, AI-processing outcomes, and daily feature-use counts. Aggregated events do not include memo text. While processing requests, the relay may process IP address, country or region, timestamps, and general device or network information.
We do not use memo text, category names, or search content for ad targeting or anonymous usage analytics.
5. Purchases and advertising
If you purchase a paid plan through Google Play, a purchase token and product or subscription status are processed by Google Play and our relay to verify entitlement. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
If ads are offered on the free plan, Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad interactions, and consent choices for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management. Where available, you can revisit your ad privacy choices from the App settings.
6. Service providers
- Cloudflare: relay API hosting, security, and network processing
- AI API provider (Groq during limited testing): AI memo organization
- Google Play: app distribution, purchases, and entitlement verification
- Google AdMob / UMP: ad delivery, measurement, and consent management when ads are offered
- Google Maps Platform: map display and place selection when location features are used
7. Purposes of processing
- Provide memo, organization, search, notification, and location-reminder features
- Perform AI organization and return the result
- Verify paid-plan status and manage usage limits
- Detect misuse and failures and improve security and quality
- Respond to support and privacy inquiries
8. Retention and deletion
On-device data remains until you delete it in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App. Memos moved to trash can be permanently deleted. JSON exports are stored without encryption at a location you choose, so you are responsible for keeping exported files secure.
Server-side anonymous usage information is retained only as needed to manage limits, investigate failures, and prevent misuse. Anonymous free-plan client records inactive for more than six months are eligible for deletion. We may retain necessary information for a reasonable period to comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect security.
You can delete on-device data using the App's deletion features or your operating system's app-data controls. To request deletion of server-side information, contact us with the information needed to identify your installation. We may be unable to delete aggregated information that can no longer be linked to a person or device.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we process, including encrypted transmission, authentication, access controls, and data minimization. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children's privacy
The App is not designed primarily for children. If local law requires parental consent for your age, please use the App only with that consent. If we learn that we collected a child's personal information without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. This website
This is a static website. We do not use our own analytics, contact forms, or advertising cookies on it. Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, may process network information needed to deliver the site. If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and maintain an appropriate support record.
12. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when our features, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will provide notice of material changes on this page or in the App and update the date at the top.
